1. What type of products do you sell?
I currently offer playful, uplifting vinyl stickers, sticker sheets, postcards, and digital printables. I have more ideas so keep an eye out for new products in the future! :)
2. Do you accept custom or personalized orders?
At this time, I do not offer custom orders because life is busy with two kids by my side. As they get older, I imagine my time will free up a bit more to take custom orders. But I love hearing your ideas! Feel free to reach out with suggestions. I'm always dreaming up new ideas!
3. Where do you ship from?
All items are shipped from the United States from Elk Grove, CA.
4. Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
Yes! I currently ship internationally using stamped mail to keep shipping costs low. Since stickers are lightweight and flat, this method is affordable and accessible for everyone. Please note that tracking is not available via stamped mail.
5. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but most customers receive their orders within 7–10 business days after shipping. Since stickers are lightweight and shipped via stamped mail to keep costs low, tracking is not available. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order is on its way!
6. What’s your return or exchange policy?
Due to the small-batch nature of our items, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue, please contact us within 7 days so I'll do my best to make it right.
7. My package is missing or delayed—what should I do?
I'm so sorry! Please reach out with your order number. Once shipped, delays are unfortunately out of our hands, but I’ll do my best to support you.
8. Do you offer wholesale?
If you're interested, please reach out to me! I hope to put together a wholesale catalog in the future.
9. Can I use your artwork for my own products or business?
No. All artwork is original and copyright-protected. Please do not reproduce, resell, or use our art without written permission.

11. How many stickers should I buy?
It's hard to say. Stickers bring me so much joy. The more the better, I say!
